Can I place order in HK and delivery to oversea address?

Sorry, our delivery service is available in Hong Kong only


Can the delivery of new appliance be arranged 6 months later?

Please be noted this promotion is subject to “eShop Terms & Conditions of Purchase” and “eShop Delivery Information” in which Normal goods must be delivered within 60 days of order confirmation.


Can I request delivery to be made to any address I indicated for the purchase?

Please be noted the delivery address should be same as the registered address of account we offered this special discount to .


Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Amendments or cancellation cannot be made once your order's been confirmed.


Do I need an account to shop?

You can adopt the coupon code even without account login, however, you are highly recommended to register one in order to speed up the purchase process.


Are items in my shopping cart reserved?

No, all the items in shopping cart are not reserved. You are highly recommended to complete your purchase online as soon as you can to secure your items within the said promotion period.


What is the final special price of my appliance after discount?

The exact DRS price is fluctuated as the Siemens/Bosch eshop price is dynamic. The final DRS price is subject to the eshop price on customers’ order date.


Which district of delivery addresses are covered by standard delivery?

How is the delivery under adverse weather conditions?

In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended and rescheduled. BSH shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors;


If I order other items together with the appliance under this promotion, will they be delivered at the same time?

For large appliance, all large appliances can be delivered at the same time (For SDA, it will be separated if customer picked SF delivery). For clean & care, it would be delivered SEPARATELY from appliances.

May I know if there is on-site inspection measurement service?

What should I do if I place order but forget to input coupon code?

Coupon code cannot be applied to an order that has already been made! Reimbursement won't be provided if the code wasn't applied. Please contact our hotline if you have any doubt.


When will this promotion last for?

The promotion lasts for 10 days starting from the issuance date (the exact date of validity is marked already)


Why am I unable to use the promo code?

1. The coupon code has expired

2. Are you purchasing those on list appliance models for promotion this time? (the promotion is limited to selected models only)

3. Did you apply the coupon code to the correct field? (the Coupon code should be applied to the "Coupon Code" field before checkout)
