| Statement from Service Provider |
1. The removal service is separate from delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed before new items delivery and installation, or placed temporarily at the premises for collection 2. The old item must stand alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles 3. The old item once collected will not be returned 4. The free removal service will be abandoned without re-arrangement if the old items are found at the appointed date of removal service: connected to water supply or electricity supply; hindered by any obstacles like narrow door, ground protruding etc.; have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.). 5. Customers may alter the date or address for removal service for one time, with 2 working days as prior notice 6. In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled. 7. The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors 8. The company shall not be liable for direct or indirect loss resulted by any delay or omission of removal service due to following reasons:
9. All personal data collected are used solely for arrangement of removal service for the old items. The company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) 10. In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final 11. The company reserves the final rights to alter the terms and conditions contained herein without prior notice. |

For extra effort required to perform the removal service, additional charge applies. Customer may alter the date for removal service twice (at maximum), with no less than 1 working day as prior notice. 7. HK$250 applies for detaching already-stacked washing machine and dryer before removal day, to be paid in cash onsite.
Inspection and Repair Service Rates
Within the manufactuer’s warranty period, customers are entitled with free onsite inspection, repair and parts replacement services1. While customers would be charged for inspection, repair and parts replacment services during out of warranty period. Such fees are charged as follows:

Remarks：
1) Parts replacment service within manufacturer’s warranty / extended warranty period does not cover consumable, wearable and/or non-functional parts and/or accessories. If such additional parts need to be replaced on-site, both the cost of the replaced parts and the on-site inspection service fee will be charged.
2) Within warranty period, appliance's fault/damage caused by abnormal environmental conditions or resulted from inappropriate operating conditions or coming into contact with unsuitable substances or even by lack of care and maintenance / misuse / inappropriate use / non-compliance with safety regulations and warnings given in the operating instructions , the repair fee would not be covered by the company. In such case, additional charge(s) is / are required e.g. standard labour fee HKD 250.
3) An extra fee of HK$220 would be charged for any onsite inspection service at outlying islands. (excludes Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung areas)
4) Customers shall pay the onsite inspection fee even the product cannot be successfully repaired.
5) A round-trip transportation costs HK$180. For transportation service on outlying islands or remote areas (excludes Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Tung Chung) , customers will be liable for transporting the appliances to and from the service center of BSH for inspection and/or repair.
6) The above service tariff applies to Hong Kong SAR only. For service tariff of Macau SAR, please contact us at 0800 030 (Macau local call only).
