- 1. Promotion Period is from 1 March through 31 December 2019.
- 2. The Designated Siemens Home Appliances include all coolModul Series.
- 3. Each customer would enjoy this offer by meeting all of the following conditions:
- (a) The promotion offer is only applicable to the Designated Siemens Home Appliances and is not applicable to any accessories, spare parts and displayed goods.
- (b) The Designated Siemens Home Appliances shall be delivered to and installed in a Hong Kong address.
- (c) The delivery of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances must be completed on or before 31 March 2020; and
- (d) No Default Event mentioned in Clause 4 below takes place.
- 4. The promotion offer will automatically cease to be applicable to the Designated Siemens Home Appliances under a confirmed order in respect of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances if any of the following event takes place:
- (a) Such order is, during or after Promotion Period, changed, cancelled, or partially cancelled whereby the requirement set out in the table above is not met:
- (b) The date of delivery of whole order is changed to a date after 31 March 2020.
- 5. The promotion offer cannot be exchanged for cash, reused or transferred to other purchase orders placed by the customers to the designed kitchen dealers and cannot be used on conjunction with any other promotions or preferential offers.
- 6. For details of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances eligible for this promotion, please consult your kitchen dealer.
- 7. BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves all right to amend the details and terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign, and in case of any disputes.
