Terms & Conditions
- 1. Promotion Period is from 15 August 2019 until 31 December 2019.
- 2. The Designated Siemens Home Appliances include the selected Siemens Built-in Home Appliances.
- (a) The customer purchases any of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances of BSH Home Appliances Limited (“BSH”) include the selected Siemens Built-in Home Appliances product at one of the designated kitchen dealer’s store during the Promotion Period.
- (b) The promotion offer is only applicable to the Designated Siemens Home Appliances under one single purchase per one customer with the same dealer and is not applicable to any accessories, spare parts and displayed goods.
- (c) The Designated Siemens Home Appliances shall be delivered to and installed at the same address, and such address shall be a Hong Kong address.
- (d) The delivery of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances must be completed on or before 31 January 2020; and
- (e) No Default Event mentioned in Clause 4 below takes place.
- 3. The promotion offer will automatically cease to be applicable to the Designated Siemens Home Appliances under a confirmed order in respect of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances if any of the following event takes place: o (a) Such order is, during or after Promotion Period, changed, cancelled, or partially cancelled whereby the requirement set out in the table above is not met:o (b) The date of delivery of whole order is changed to a date after 31 January 2020.
- 4. The promotion offer cannot be exchanged for cash, reused or transferred to other purchase orders placed by the customers to the designed kitchen dealers and cannot be used on conjunction with any other promotions or preferential offers.
- 5. For details of the Designated Siemens Home Appliances eligible for this promotion, please consult your kitchen dealer.
- 6. BSH Home Appliances Limited reserves all right to amend the details and terms and conditions of the Promotion Campaign, and in case of any disputes
