glassZone provides gentle and thorough washing for all kinds of glasses thanks to six integrated nozzles and the soft anti-slip elements that secure glassware. To protect against water spots, our innovative Zeolith® drying technology uses a natural mineral called Zeolite, which has the astonishing ability to convert moisture into heat. These amazing little granules absorb the water that evaporates during the drying cycle and converts it to dry, hot air, creating a super energy-efficient drying effect.

With a Siemens Wi-Fi-enabled dishwasher, you can start the wash cycle from anywhere via the Home Connect app and automate ordering to ensure you always come home to clean dishes.

varioHinge reduces the amount of space required underneath the front door panel to just 5cm, giving you more installation versatility and a cleaner look. The clever openAssist, autoOpen and timeLight features further enhance the built-in look by eliminating the need for a handle and a display screen on the outside, respectively.
What to consider when buying a dishwasher
Place setting options and cutlery baskets
The flexComfort and flexComfort Pro baskets deliver maximum stability and space. Their flexible design concept ensures that every piece of crockery quickly finds its place.
The glassZone provides stability for all glassware in the upper level, while the lower basket offers ample capacity for cutlery and bigger cookware.
The varioDrawer gives you an additional loading level for cutlery, freeing up space below for up to 14 place settings or bowls. In addition, the new low-friction wheels make loading and unloading easier than ever.
Energy and water efficiency
Dishwashers are an eco-friendly alternative to washing by hand. They can use as little as 10% of the water required for handwashing. The intelligent sensor technology in Siemens dishwashers ensures the most efficient use of energy and water, for every type of load.
To find out about the energy consumption of an appliance, check the product information on our website to find the eco-rating on the energy label. Siemens' A-rated dishwashers are the most efficient, using around 0.5kWh per wash cycle on the eco 50° program setting.
Wash cycles and programmes
Siemens dishwashers offer a wide range of standard programmes for every type of load.
- Auto 45-65°: sensor-controlled automation for convenience and efficiency
- 1 hour programme: for thorough cleaning of mixed tableware and cutlery.
- Quick 45°: for quickly cleaning delicate dishes and cutlery immediately after use.
- Short 60° & Quick 65°: for removing lightly dried food remnants quickly.
- Glass 40°: for removing fresh food remnants from glassware and other temperature-sensitive items.
- Silent 50°: for quiet and thorough cleaning
- Eco 50°: for reduced water and energy consumption
- Intensive 70°: for removing stubborn burned or dried-on food remnants from pots and pans, non-fragile tableware, and cutlery.
Noise level
Dishwashers are given a noise rating according to their decibel level. Models with a rating of 43 dB or less are categorised as very silent. Siemens Night programme produces just 39 dB thanks to the special sound insulation and an innovative pump that switches off as soon as there is no more water.
Freestanding vs integrated dishwashers
Built-in dishwashers create a modern look by blending into your kitchen’s design. However, freestanding dishwashers are more flexible as they can be installed in any space with access to water and drainage.
