INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken (whole)
2 tbsp Butter
½ Onion (diced)
1 can Beer
Spices:
1 tbsp Rosemary
1 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Garlic puree
1 tbsp Dijon
Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 200⁰c.

2. Soak all extra moisture of the chicken (both inside and outside) with towel paper.

3. Mix all spices with butter. Rub the mixture all over the chicken.

4. Pour 1/3 of the beer out of the can. Cut open and remove the top of the can. Vertically place the chicken from top and wrap around the can.

5. Put the whole chicken and beer can into the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
