INGREDIENTS
2 pcs Swimmer crabs (about 600g each)
3 tbsps Olive oil
Finely chopped spring onion
Sauce:
10 pcs Homemade salted green plums
2 tbsps Water
2 tbsps Rice wine
3 tbsps Tomato paste
1 tbsp Plum sauce
1 ½ tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Light soy sauce

Method

1. Dress and rinse the crabs. Chop into pieces. Arrange on a steaming plate.

2. Seed the salted green plums. Crush them and mix well the sauce.

3. Heat some olive oil in a pan. Pour in the seasoning and plums. Stir well.

4. Spread the resulting mixture over the crabs.

5. Boils water in a wok or steamer. Steam the crabs over high heat for 8-10 minutes.

6. Sprinkle spring onion on top. Serve.
