INGREDIENTS
1000 g Beef shank
4 Dry spring onions (heads)
10 Mushrooms
20 g Olive oil
500 g Water
50 g French red wine
35 g Tomato sauce
15 g Salt

Method

1. Cut beef shank into pieces. Add dry flour.

2. Heat up a stewpan. Add olive oil and beef. Stir-fry for a while.

3. Place the meat at the edge of the stewpan. Stir-fry spring onions and mushrooms.

4. Spray red wine on the mixture. Heat up. Add tomato sauce. Stir-fry thoroughly.

5. Stir-fry all ingredients and tomato sauce. Add spices and water. Cover the stewpot. Boil up the mix.

6. Put the stewpot in the oven. Start the automatic cooking program.
