Ingredients
Half Pumpkin (approx. 600g) |
30g Sugar 100g Water 200g Cornstarch slurry (2g cornstarch + 200g water) |
Method
1. Wash the pumpkin, peel and core, and cut into 16 pieces.
2. Put the pumpkin in a large soup bowl, and keep the shape as flat as possible. Place the large bowl upside down on the porcelain plate, keep the shape of a half pumpkin.
3. Fill the water tank with water, put the plate on the perforated container, and place inside the combination steam oven.
4. Select the automatic cooking program P19, press the start/stop button.
5. To prepare the sauce, bring the sugar and water to boil, stir in cornstarch slurry, pour over the steamed pumpkin and serve.
