Garlic Broccoli

Ingredients

300g Brocolli
20g Cooking oil
50g Garlic
10g Oyster sauce
3g Salt
200g Cornstarch slurry (4g cornstarch + 200g water)
5g Red pepper

Method

1. Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces and place them on a porcelain plate.

2. Fill the water tank with water, put the plate on the perforated container and place inside the combination steam oven.

3. Select automatic cooking program P17 and press the start/stop button.

4. Heat cooking oil in a wok, add minced garlic, saute until fragrant, add oyster sauce and salt and mix well. Add cornstarch slurry in and cook until boil.

5. Take out the porcelain plate, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with chopped red pepper.
