Ingredients
4 pcs Pork ribs (approx. 500g) |
50g Minced garlic 20g Seafood soy sauce 30g Oyster sauce 2g Soy sauce 20g Ginger 10g Cooking oil |
Method
1. Wash the pork ribs and set aside.
2. Mix garlic, steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger and cooking oil. Apply evenly on the pork ribs and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours
4. Place the pork ribs on the wire rack and place inside the combination steam oven. Put the universal pan lined with aluminum foil underneath to collect the dripping sauce.
5. Select automatic cooking program P16 and press the start/stop button. Serve.
