New Orleans Grilled Chicken Wings

Ingredients

500g Chicken wings 45g New Orleans roasted wing seasoning
45g Cold water

Method

1. Soak the chicken wings in cold water for half an hour, clean them and set aside.

2. Mix the seasoning and water in the soup bowl, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, stir every half an hour.

3. Place the chicken wings on the wire rack and place inside the combination steam oven. Put the universal pan lined with aluminum foil underneath to collect the dripping sauce.

4. Select automatic cooking program P10, press the start/stop button. Serve.
