Ingredients
500g Beef tenderloin 1g Freshly ground black pepper 8g Salt 15g Cooking oil |
Gravy: 150g Onion 30g Butter 1g Freshly ground black pepper 2g Sugar 3g Salt 25g Whipping cream |
Method
1. Pat dry the beef tenderloin, lightly brush cooking oil on it and sprinkle black pepper and salt evenly.
2. Put the beef tenderloin on the wire rack with the fat side up and place inside the combination steam oven. Put the universal pan lined with aluminum foil underneath to collect the dripping juice.
3. Select automatic cooking program P12, press the start/stop button.
4. To prepare the sauce: melt the butter in a wok over medium low heat, add chopped onion and stir-fry until softened, add black pepper, sugar, salt, whipping cream, cook while stirring until gravy thicken.
5. Slice the beef tenderloin, pour gravy over and serve.
