2 Egg 5 Shrimp 2 pcs Fresh shiitake mushrooms |
Sauce: 1g Salt 100g Water 5g Soy Sauce Moderate Chopped scallion |
Method
1. Rinse the shrimp with water to remove the head the shell and devein, cut into small pieces and slice the fresh shiitake mushrooms.
2. Beat the eggs well, add salt and water, mix well, pour into a deep porcelain bowl, add shrimp and mushroom in.
3. Fill the water tank with water, put the porcelain bowl on the perforated container, and place inside the combination steam oven.
4. Select automatic cooking program P24 and press the start/stop button.
5. Sprinkle with soy sauce and chopped scallion. Serve.
