Steamed Hairy Crabs

Ingredients

3 pcs Hairy crabs (about 150g each)
3 pcs Perilla leaves
20g Ginger
35g Crab vinegar

Method

1. Clean the hairy crabs.

2. Put the crab belly upside down on a perforated container, and put perilla leaves on the crab belly.

3. Fill the water tank with water, place the perforated container inside the combination steam oven, and put the solid container underneath to collect the dripping juice.

4. Select the automatic cooking program P04 and press the start/stop button.

5. To prepare the dipping sauce: chop ginger and mix well with crab vinegar. Serve.
