Steamed Sea Bass

Ingredients

500g Fresh sea bass
15g Shaoxing wine
2g Salt
10g Shallots
20g Ginger slices
20g Scallions
8g Shredded green pepper
20g Cooking oil
25g Seafood soy sauce

Method

1. Wash and remove the viscera and gills of the fresh sea bass. Rub the inside and outside of the fish with Shaoxing wine and salt. Top the fish with the scallions and ginger and marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.

2. Fill the water tank with water, put the marinated sea bass on a porcelain plate, then put it in the perforated container and place inside the combination steam oven.

3. Select the automatic cooking program P01, press the start/stop button

4. Top with scallions and green pepper shreds.

5. Heat the cooking oil in a pot until it’s hot and pour it on the sea bass, and pour in the seafood soy sauce. Serve.
