Steamed Shrimp with Garlic

Ingredients

500g Prawns (about 20 pieces)
150g Chopped garlic
80g Cooking oil
5g Salt
10g Soy sauce
Moderate Scallion
Steamed Shrimp with Garlic

Method

1. Rinse the prawns with water, trim off the rostrum and legs with scissors and devein shrimp with a toothpick. Arrange them in a porcelain plate and set aside.

2. Add the garlic to the wok of cooking oil, season with salt and stir fry until golden brown.

3. Pour the fried garlic and oil on the shrimp, then add in soy sauce.

4. Fill the water tank with water, put the porcelain plate on the perforated container, and place inside the combination steam oven.

5. Select the automatic cooking program P03, press the start/stop button.

6. Add scallion and serve.
