500g Spare ribs 5g Chopped garlic 10g Shaoxing wine 20g Oyster sauce 3g Salt 5g Minced ginger 2g Cornstarch Moderate Scallion |
Sauce 20g Cooking oil 5g Chopped garlic 100g Water 30g Fermented Black Beans |
Method
1. Soak the spare ribs in water for half an hour, drain and set aside.
2. Mix the garlic, ginger, Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, salt, and cornstarch, add to the ribs and marinate for half an hour.
3. To prepare the sauce, cook cooking oil, fermented black beans, garlic over medium heat until fragrant, add water and bring it to boil, pour over the marinated ribs.
4. Fill the water tank with water, put the porcelain plate on the perforated container, and place inside the combination steam oven.
5. Select the automatic cooking program P07, press the start/stop button.
6. Put the coriander on top and serve.
