Ingredients
300g Cod (defrosted, about 2cm thick) 3g Salt 8g Scallion 15g Ginger slice |
10g Shredded scallion 5g Shredded ginger 6 pcs Chinese wolfberry 10g Cooking oil 10g Seafood soy sauce |
Method
1. Rinse the cod fish, sprinkle salt on both sides, spread it evenly, and place it on a porcelain plate. Place scallion and ginger slices on top of the cod.
2. Fill the water tank with water, put the porcelain place on the perforated container, and place inside the combination steam oven.
3. Select automatic cooking program P02, press the start/stop button.
4. Sprinkle scallion, ginger and soaked wolfberry on the steamed cod.
5. Heat the cooking oil in a pot until it’s hot and pour it on the cod, and pour in the seafood soy sauce. Serve.
